Originating from a traditional London brewery, this yeast has a wonderful malt and hop profile.
It is a true top-cropping stain with a fruity, very light and softly balanced palate.
This stain will finish slightly sweet.
We highly recommend a Dry Ice Pack or two for your yeasts voyage OR for a short stay in our pick up lockers in the warmer months of the year.
